Highly recommend the four cheese pasta! The Nutella pizza for dessert was amazing too! There are a lot of unique pizzas here, would definitely come back to try more. The owners are very friendly and truly seem to care that each guest has a great meal. The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic, our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

I had a Mamma Mia pizza without the meat and was absolutely knocked out by the incredible presentation, the very thin, light crust, the enormous Burrata cheese in the middle of the pizza which the server cut and opened when it was served. I've never seen anything like this before. It was one of the most unique pizzas ever and best of all it was absolutely delish.

If you're anywhere near downtown Huatulco, do yourself a favor and find Mama Mia. The location alone is worth the trip, tucked close enough to town to be convenient but with a setting that makes you want to linger for hours. And then the food arrives. The pizzas are the star. Thin, crisp, unleavened crust done exactly right, the kind that makes you realize most pizza you've had was just okay by comparison. Honestly some of the best I've ever eaten, and I don't say that lightly. Pair that with their genuinely impressive selection of French cheeses and a wine list stacked with beautiful French bottles, and you've got the makings of a perfect evening. Now, here's where I have to be straight with you, because it's the one thing that genuinely baffled me. They sell these gorgeous French wines right there in the restaurant, but if you actually want to buy a bottle and enjoy it with your meal, they charge you an uncorking fee. Read that again. You buy their wine, from them, to drink in their restaurant, and you still get hit with a corkage charge. It's the kind of policy that takes a five-star experience and puts an asterisk on it. If you're a place that prides itself on a wine selection this good, let people drink it without the surprise surcharge. That gripe aside, the food and the atmosphere carry the night. The pizza alone earns Mama Mia a spot on my "go back next time" list. Just maybe ask about the wine policy before you fall in love with a bottle.

What a fantastic restaurant in La Crucecita! We dined with a group of 10 and everything was spot on. The service from Alex was top-notch, the happy hour cocktails were generous and perfectly mixed, and the food was absolutely delicious . The live music duo was an added bonus and made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

A very nice Italian restaurant with friendly staff and good service. Our friends have been going here for a few years and really enjoyed the margarita and pepperoni pizzas. I truly enjoyed the chef’s salmon with grilled vegetables! We will visit again soon.

Great breakfast, also it looked like they had many lunch and dinner options. Clean, friendly staff, suitable for vegatarians.

A lunch visit, very good nutritious green juice and a delicious roast beef sandwich. It was more of a corned beef, but that was fine. Cheese, arugula, mustard on toasted sourdough. Definitely recommend for food and for service. Dinner: The caprese was good, not huge. 5 slice combo tomato/mozarella. My ravioli ( shrimp and octopus ) was very tasty, again not large. It could have been hotter and some bread would have complemented. I was not offered grated cheese but I didn’t think of it either. The seafood lasagna was ample and flavourful but the sauce was on the sweet side.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Above average taste. My 4-star rating is based on my personal preference for thicker crust pizza. 4 stars for atmosphere because it sounded like a restaurant in Montana. I spoke Spanish just to remind myself I was in Mexico.
